Led by Sabrina, an experienced sports nutritionist, myotherapist, certified Pilates instructor, and breathwork facilitator, Koko.ProjectYou brings a fresh, intelligent perspective to health coaching. Sabrina also holds two master’s degrees—one in clinical psychology and the other in social work—allowing her to integrate both the science of nutrition and the psychology of behavior change into every client program.
