Cancellation Policy

At Koko. Project You, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all appointment rescheduling and cancellations.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in the loss of your $50 deposit, which is non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will be eligible for a full refund of the deposit.

  • Rescheduling with more than 24 hours’ notice will incur no penalty, and the original deposit will be applied to the new appointment.
