About Me
Hi, I’m Sabrina—nutrition coach, myotherapist, pilates instructor and retreat facilitator offering sound-healing and breathwork.
For over a decade, I’ve worked hands-on with women who carry more than just physical tension. Behind the sore necks and tight hips, there’s often something deeper—burnout, self-doubt, and years of putting everyone else first.
With my background in clinical psychology, social work, and myotherapy, I’ve seen how stress, unresolved emotions, and body disconnection shape how we eat, move, and live. And I’ve felt it, too.
I started this work because I was tired of watching incredible women blame themselves for not sticking to diets that were never designed for real life. The truth is—it’s not about willpower. It’s about having the right tools, support, and space to actually reconnect to your body and needs.
My approach is simple, but powerful: no fads, no extremes. Just real food, real movement, and mindset shifts that last. Whether it’s through one-on-one coaching, a soul-soothing retreat, or a breathwork session that finally helps you let go—I’m here to help you come back to yourself.
